Water, water everywhere

The Hub and I were headed to a concert one night this week when we began to notice the most happy sight! For the first time in a very long time there is water in all the ponds!
The levels previously have been low...in some cases dangerously so! We were dispairing of yet another long, dry season wherein the livestock suffered and the lakes Oklahoma is famous for could not support the activities we all love.
There is hope now for plenty. Several good, long, soaking rains have given us that. We could use more. But I, like my fellow Okies, are thankful for this one~
